Honda CB750 je odavno među omiljenim motorima za preradu, pa ne čudi da se ekipa iz Clockwork Motorcyclesa prihvatila narudžbe za preradom upravo tog modela. Kako je naručitelj imao samo jedan zahtjev – da motor bude potpuno crn, konačni proizvod nosi naziv “Ultra noir” – i to poprilično zasluženo.
Motorom dominiraju tonovi boje baruta, satenski i mat finiš, brušene metalne površine, što se uklapa u današnje trendove u prilagođavanju motora. Ultra noir je dobio vlastiti auspuh, rezervoar i kožno sjedalo, a motor zapremine od 863 cm3 je iz temelja osuvremenjen Wisecovim klipovima, SuperFlow ventilima, vlastitom bregastom osovinom, dva Keihin CR29 karburatora s K&N filterima.
