Radi nedvojbenih prednosti električnih vozila u odnosu na one pogonjene fosilnim gorivima, potražnja za njima u konstantnom je porastu. U segmentu skutera i motocikala do sada su na tržištu radi neshvatljive nezainteresiranosti premium proizvođača uglavnom u ponudi bila samo vozila kineskih proizvođača, često vrlo dvojbene kvalitete što je, s obzirom na to da se na kupnju takvih motocikala još uvijek uglavnom odlučuju tvrtke, rezultiralo potražnjom za kvalitetnim i pouzdanim proizvođačem. Tu u priču ulazi GOVECS – tvrtka sa sjedištem u Minhenu, iza koje stoji tim ljudi koji je osmislio i dizajnirao neke od najboljih električnih vozila na tržištu, i s proizvodnjom u Poljskoj, koja se u vrlo kratko vrijeme uzdignula u sam vrh industrijski najrazvijenijih zemalja u EU.
